Create new designs, code, and test emails to support the new South Padre Island website. However, in addition to the new website, South Padre Island also acquire a new CRM platform. The transition was the perfect opportunity to restructure the automation and templates for South Padre. The new designs had to be responsive, modern, and follow the new brand guidelines. The CRM had to be set up and tested from scratch to support the new leads pulling in from the website. Research and testing helped find the right fit for the emails and was the foundation for the rest of the campaigns that followed.
Once the designs were approved, it was time to create the automation and structure of the new CRM platform. I created new forms, welcome automation, and tags.
